Shipping Options & Rates (U.S. Only)

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International orders are not accepted at this time.

All orders are dispatched via reliable carriers such as DHL and USPS to ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.

Standard Shipping:

  • FREE on orders over $60
  • $6.50 flat rate on orders under $60

Order Cut-Off Times (Eastern Time - ET)

  • Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Handling Time

  • Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If any corrections are needed, contact us within 24 hours to prevent delivery delays.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Only)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Standard Shipping: 6–9 business days total (1–2 days handling + 5–7 days transit)

Please note: Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors like carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the provided link to track your package in real time.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We're here to help.

Additional Information

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Sales Tax & Shipping Tax

We currently do not collect sales tax at checkout. Prices shown for products and shipping do not include sales tax.

Buyers are responsible for reporting and paying any required sales or use taxes in their state. If shipping charges are taxable in your state, you may also be responsible for that tax.
